Axis Studios collects the information you choose to submit through the project inquiry form so the studio can review and respond to your request.

Information submitted

This may include your name, email, company, project type, reference link, timeline, budget range, and message.

How it is used

Inquiry information is used only for project review, communication, quoting, and related business records. It is not sold.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel. Inquiry emails are delivered through Resend. Privacy-conscious traffic and performance measurements may be processed by Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. Google Analytics is used only when explicitly configured.

Analytics and device information

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights may process limited technical information such as page views, referral source, browser type, device category, general geographic region, and performance measurements. These tools are used to understand whether the website works reliably and which pages are useful. Axis Studios does not use this information to build personal advertising profiles.

Email delivery and project links

When a project inquiry is submitted, Resend processes the message so it can reach the studio and provide a delivery confirmation. Reference links included in a message may lead to third-party platforms selected by the sender. Please share only material you are authorized to provide and avoid sending passwords or confidential access credentials through the form.

Security and data minimization

The inquiry form applies field validation, origin checks, request limits, automated-submission controls, and duplicate-send protection. No internet transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so the studio limits collection to information reasonably needed to assess and answer a project request.

International processing

Axis Studios works remotely with teams in Europe, the GCC, and other regions. Website and email service providers may process data in countries outside the sender’s location using their own infrastructure and applicable contractual safeguards.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, project administration, and legitimate business records. To request access or deletion, use the contact method on the main website.
