Axis Studio policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds, deposits, cancellations, revisions, and project pauses are handled for Axis Studio services.
Last updated: [Date]
1. Service Nature
Axis Studio provides custom digital services. Because strategy, design, development, setup, consultation, and project planning require time and expertise, payments may become non-refundable once work has started.
2. Deposits
A deposit or initial payment may be required to secure project time. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, deposits are non-refundable once the project is scheduled or work begins.
If Axis Studio cannot begin or complete the agreed service for reasons within Axis Studio's control, a fair refund or alternative resolution may be offered.
3. Client Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation in writing at theaxisstudioo@gmail.com. Fees will be assessed based on work completed, time reserved, strategy performed, design or development progress, third-party costs, and administrative time.
Any approved refund will exclude completed work, used consultation time, non-refundable third-party costs, transaction fees, and any amounts stated as non-refundable in the proposal or invoice.
4. Missed Consultations and Rescheduling
Consultations should be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed calls, late attendance, or repeated rescheduling may affect timelines or availability.
Paid strategy sessions or consultations may be non-refundable if cancelled late or missed, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Project Pauses
If a client does not provide required content, feedback, approvals, payment, or access, Axis Studio may pause the project. A restart fee or revised timeline may apply after an extended pause.
6. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to theaxisstudioo@gmail.com with the project name, invoice reference, reason for request, and supporting details.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
