Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote, timeline update, or change order.

Estimated timelines depend on scope, content readiness, client feedback speed, third-party platform access, and payment milestones.

Axis Studio aims to communicate delays promptly. Client delays may extend the timeline and may affect launch dates.

Included revision rounds will be stated in the project scope. Revisions should relate to agreed deliverables and be requested clearly in writing.

Major changes in direction, new pages, new features, new integrations, or substantial copy changes may be treated as additional work.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that business information, claims, pricing, policies, legal details, industry compliance requirements, and customer-facing terms are accurate and lawful.

Policy pages supplied by Axis Studio are professional drafts and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before public use.

Clients are responsible for third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, premium plugins, software subscriptions, payment processing fees, email platforms, booking platforms, CRM tools, and stock or licensed assets unless otherwise agreed.

After launch or project completion, Axis Studio may provide handover notes, access guidance, and support options based on the package or agreement.

Ongoing support, maintenance, content updates, optimization, monitoring, and technical assistance may require a separate support plan.

Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing and Axis Studio agrees, Axis Studio may reference completed work in its portfolio, proposals, case studies, social posts, or marketing materials.
